Triniti Communications Referral Specialist Agreement

Effective October 19, 2018 - THE TRINITICOMM REFERRAL SPECIALIST AGREEMENT, once accepted, is an integral part of your Agreement with Triniti Communications Intl. Ltd., and it incorporates, by this Reference, the most current version of the TrinitiComm Referral Specialist Terms & Conditions. You are entitled to an opportunity to review it with your Referrer (the TrinitiComm Referral Specialist who entered you into the Lightning Referral System). It contains detailed policies & procedures regarding the formal and independent business relationship between you and Triniti Communications.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, I (WE) HEREBY ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT TO BECOME AN INDEPENDENT REFERRAL SPECIALIST ("REFERRAL SPECIALIST") OF TRINITI COMMUNICATIONS INTL. LTD. ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO ("TRINITICOMM"), AND HEREBY STATE AS FOLLOWS:

  1. I am of legal age to enter into this Agreement in the state, province or country in which I reside and of good character. No Sales or Direct Sales organization has ever terminated me for violations of its policies and procedures, code of ethics, or breach of its Sales and Distribution contract. This Agreement becomes effective upon submission of your Lock-In Order Form and official entry by your Referrer into our Lightning Referral Marketing System.
  2. I understand that I am an independent Referral Specialist, not an agent, employee, joint venturer or franchisee of TrinitiComm. I understand that I have no power or authority to incur any debt, obligations, or liability, or make any promise or contract on behalf of TrinitiComm. Consequently, subject to the terms of this Agreement, I am free to operate my business as I choose within the confounds of the law and all Triniti Communications policies and procedures. I understand and agree that I will not be treated as an employee for federal or state tax purposes. I agree I am responsible for paying my own income and self-employment taxes. As an independent Referral Specialist, I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all my actions in the conduct of my business. I understand that Triniti Communications neither directs nor controls my activities as a Referral Specialist.
  3. I understand that TrinitiComm intends to promote its communications products and services, add value to its products and services, establish its brands, and remain competitive in the market by delivering its products and services to end-users primarily online and also through on-site demonstrations also Referred to as "Get Togethers" or "Referral Get Togethers", or person-to-person. I therefore agree: 1) To give each customer an opportunity to sample TrinitiComm products and services wherever possible prior to purchase to the extent practical: and 2) To provide high quality personal service by offering professional pre and post Referrals support and complete product information in order to promote greater customer satisfaction. Because I understand this vision of personal service, a commitment to a superior level of personal service must be demonstrated. Finally, I agree to maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in all matters with Customers, fellow TrinitiComm Referral Specialists and TrinitiComm.
  4. I agree not to repackage or re-label TrinitiComm products and services in any way.
  5. I understand that if I decide to terminate this Agreement according to the policies and procedures of TrinitiComm, which are incorporated herein by Reference, I understand that TrinitiComm is not obligated to accept a new application from me. Referral Specialist may terminate this agreement at any time, regardless of reason, by telegram, letter or other correspondence to the TrinitiComm Corporate Offices, or email to TrinitiComm at cancellations_members@triniticomm.com.
  6. I agree I will not make any claims regarding TrinitiComm products and services other than those specifically stated in current TrinitiComm approved literature or stated by TrinitiComm executive staff.
  7. I agree to represent the TrinitiComm Lightning Referral Marketing System fairly and accurately, and in accordance with current TrinitiComm guidelines. I will not make any representations regarding the actual, potential or expected earnings of any TrinitiComm Referral Specialist. As an independent Referral Specialist, I understand that I am not guaranteed any income, or assured any level of profit or success. I further certify that neither TrinitiComm nor my Referrer, have made any claims of guaranteed earnings or success that may result from my independent business activities as a TrinitiComm Referral Specialist. I understand that my success as a TrinitiComm Referral Specialist comes from retail or final Referrals of products and services and the development of a successful Referrals organization. Commissions, bonuses, overrides and/or other incentives, if applicable, can only be generated by such Referrals.
  8. When the law requires it, and as a service to my business, I understand and agree that TrinitiComm will calculate, collect and report applicable Referrals tax amounts based on the suggested retail Referrals value and the address to which the products/services are shipped to and/or billed.
  9. In the event that I introduce others to become TrinitiComm Referral Specialists, I agree to perform ongoing leadership, training, support or distributive functions in connection with the sale of TrinitiComm products and services by those in my Referral and Customer Management Organization (Family)
  10. I understand and agree that TrinitiComm, in order to maintain a viable marketing system, may make modifications in the Referral Specialist Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, Frequently Asked Questions, Knowledge Base, Forums, Commission and Bonus Plan, TrinitiComm products and services, their wholesale and suggested retail prices, and Referrals literature at any time. I agree to discontinue the sale or use of any TrinitiComm products and services or material deemed inappropriate, superseded or outdated immediately upon notification by TrinitiComm. I also agree to discontinue the use of any material (no matter from what source) in connection with the sale of TrinitiComm products and services that TrinitiComm deems, at its sole discretion, inappropriate, superseded or outdated immediately upon notification by TrinitiComm.
  11. I may be eligible for a percentage commission or bonus on commissionable products and services ("Referrals") I Refer, Referral Specialists personally entered by me Refer, my personal Family Refers, or the Leaders and their Families in my Management Family Refers, provided that I qualify under the current Commission and Bonus Structure. I also understand that I may be eligible for a flat commission or bonus on new Referral Specialists that enter my Family, purchase commissionable products and services, provided that I qualify under the current Commission and Bonus Structure. Furthermore, I understand that commissions and bonuses may be paid to other Referral Specialists, based on my Referrals. I agree that TrinitiComm at its sole discretion may designate which items are commissionable, and in what amount. If Referrals are voided by return of product, fraud, backorder or cancellation, etc., then I understand and agree adjustments may be applied against my designated Commissions and Bonuses account at any time, even after the close of the applicable commission/bonus month. I understand that such adjustments can result in non-qualifications, and agree that a negative account balance represents a valid and enforceable debt to TrinitiComm. Monthly and other commission qualifications require Referrals to non Referral Specialists (standard Customers for Customer Points) as set forth in the Commission Structure.
  12. The laws of the State of Ohio and the United States of America govern this Agreement. I further agree that to the extent permitted by law all claims, disputes and other matters in question arising out of, or relating to this agreement shall be decided by arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect unless another agreement is reached between the parties. This agreement to arbitrate shall be specifically enforceable under the prevailing arbitration law. The award rendered by the arbitrators shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in accordance with applicable law in any court with proper jurisdiction. Notice of the demand for arbitration shall be filed in writing with the other party and with the American Arbitration Association. The demand for arbitration shall be made within one (1) year of the date of the claim, and in no event, shall it be made after the date when institution of legal or equitable proceedings based on such claim, disputes or other matters arising out of the Agreement would be barred by the applicable statute of limitations. Each party shall pay their own fees and costs
  13. To the extent permitted by law, TrinitiComm shall not be liable for, and I hereby release such from and waive any claim for, loss or profit, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages which may arise out of or relate to any act or omission with respect to this Agreement, the independent business relations between TrinitiComm and me or any other matters related thereto whether in contract, tort, equity or strict liability. I further agree that in no event shall TrinitiComm be liable for an amount greater than the value of unsold, restockable products and services purchased from TrinitiComm, owned by me and not previously certified as sold or consumed. I also agree that this provision shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
  14. I understand that I may gain access to or be provided with valuable, confidential or proprietary information belonging to and owned by TrinitiComm in my role as a TrinitiComm Referral Specialist. I agree not to directly or indirectly disclose or use any of the confidential or proprietary information except to specifically promote my business as a TrinitiComm Referral Specialist in accordance with the Agreement. I also agree that this provision shall survive the termination of the Agreement. Such confidential and proprietary information includes, but is not limited to the portion of Descendants or Genealogy Report containing Referral Specialists not personally entered by me
  15. I understand and agree that as long as I am an active Referral Specialist for TrinitiComm that I am not permitted to be an active Sales/Referral Representative for any company who is a direct competitor in any of TrinitiComm's competing industries. This includes but is not limited to digital phone service, mobile phone service, broadband Internet service, Live television service, video/audio streaming services, long distance service, home security service, business phone solutions, etc and/or the associated hardware required to provide these services. I understand that this constitutes a serious conflict of interest for TrinitiComm and is grounds for immediate termination of this Referral Specialist agreement. As a result, I will be Exiled from the Family, my membership will be statused as 'Cancelled', all future commissions and my entire direct and indirect Family will be forfeited from the time of the status change. I understand that once my membership has been cancelled, I will have to be entered into the Family again as a new member. Furthermore, I also understand that since I have been Exiled from the Family for this reason, my account has been flagged and any entry in the future will be allowed or denied at the sole discretion of TrinitiComm Management.
  16. I understand and agree that I am not permitted to use TrinitiComm's email communication systems, phone communications systems, video communication system, webinar systems, communities, forums, knowledgebase, social media sites, blogs or any other online or offline medium for the individual and/or group Referrals, marketing, advertising, training, introduction, recruitment etc. of any other products or services sold, managed, manufactured, distributed etc. by another company. This includes but is not limited to traditional and direct Referrals companies both inside and outside of TrinitiComm's industries. I understand that this constitutes a serious level of unprofessionalism and disrespect of TrinitiComm, other Referrers and their Families and is grounds for immediate termination of this Referral Specialist agreement. As a result, I will be Exiled from the Family, my TrinitiComm business will be statused as 'Cancelled', all current and future commissions and my entire direct and indirect Family will be forfeited from the time of the status change. I understand that once my membership has been cancelled, I will have to be entered into the Family again as a new member. Furthermore, I also understand that since I have been Exiled from the Family for this reason, my account has been flagged and any entry in the future will be allowed or denied at the sole discretion of TrinitiComm Management.
  17. I agree to indemnify and hold TrinitiComm (its officers, directors, employees, and agents) harmless against any claims, liability, obligations, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) or damages arising out of any representations made or authorized by me in connection with all of my activities relating to my independent TrinitiComm business. I also agree that this provision shall survive the expiration or termination of the Agreement.
  18. I understand and agree that this Agreement, cannot be altered, modified or changed, except in writing with specific Reference hereto, and signed by an authorized executive of TrinitiComm. I understand that this limitation includes, but is not limited to advice, suggestions, guides or Referrals aids furnished to me by other TrinitiComm Referral Specialists or by other TrinitiComm employees.
  19. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date of acceptance and end on the one year anniversary date of this agreement. Each automatic renewal term will run on the one year anniversary date of each subsequent calendar year. If TrinitiComm does not notify me of the need to renew within thirty days in the last effective month of any valid term, the Agreement will be automatically renewed for the additional term of one year. I will be required to recommit to the terms of this agreement at the time my Referral Specialist Renewal Fee (in any) is paid as well, or be terminated without further notice.
  20. Sales Tax exemption is honored for Referral Specialists in the following states: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon or if a Referral Specialist has a tax exempt certificate issued by their state of residence on file with Triniti Communications Intl. Ltd.
  21. I understand, and agree that Triniti Communications Intl Ltd. will pay me to Refer others as long as I have met the Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement and are current and up to date with my Monthly Access Fee (MAF) payments. Please refer to the section 'Will I Always Receive My Commissions/Bonuses?' below for an explanation of an MCP and MAF.

Question: How Do I Earn Lightning Referral Commissions/Bonuses By Referring Others?

payoneer cardIn order for you to become an Referral Active Family Member (AFM) and begin earning Commissions and Bonuses, as well as advance through the Leadership Tiers, your Lock-In (Lock) payment must have been successfully processed AND you must have met the Minimum Customer Point (MCP) Requirement to trigger a payout based on your position and/or Tier in the Commission Structure AND you must be current on your Monthly Access Fee (MAF) payments. Please note that you will be considered a Referrer (Specialist) for a period of one year from the time your Lock-In has been paid as long as your account remains in good standing according to our Terms & Conditions and Policies & Procedures.

From AFM forward, as AFMs below you qualify and receive bonuses and commissions, you will receive income at the exact same time as long as you maintain your MCP requirement based on your position and/or Tier. Failure to maintain this MCP will allow you to still be paid during the current payroll cycle for the position and/or Tier you were paid at the previous cycle, but you will now have a thirty (30) day Grace Period in place to meet or exceed your MCP requirement. Failure to meet this MCP requirement within this thirty (30) day Grace Period will result in your commissions and bonuses being paid at the position/Tier in which you have met the MCP requirement. If no MCP requirement for any position/Tier of our Commission Structure has been met, then all commissions and bonuses will be forfeited. Therefore, we strongly advise that you continue to get customers on a regular basis to comfortably surpass any MCP requirements so losing out on income will never be a concern.

The following is what must take place to start receiving Referral Commissions and Bonuses:

  1. Every time you have 1 personally entered Referrer who becomes an AFM within his/her first thirty (30) days in the Family, you will receive a $100 Referral Bonus.
  2. Every time this process is repeated anywhere down through your 7 generations, if and only if you have met the MCP requirement for the Generation in question, you will get paid a commission based on the Generation you reside on in relation to the person receiving the $100 Referral Bonus.   3. You will receive a commission from the monthly use of all active subscribed services down through seven generations and for the Leadership Tiers, down to Infinity.
  4. You will have to maintain the active MCP requirement for your position/Tier to continue to receive your commissions.

Question: When Do I Receive My Lightning Referral Commission Payments?

TrinitiComm pays at two intervals. Weekly and Monthly on specific days. Bonuses and Bonus Overrides from the Commission Structure are paid Weekly on Fridays and services monthly residual commissions and Eternity Leadership bonuses are paid Monthly on Fridays. All payrolls are paid on the Friday following the close of a Payroll Cycle. A Payroll Cycle is defined as being between 3:46am EST early Saturday morning through 3:44am EST Saturday morning of the following week. Payrolls are calculated at 3:45am EST every Saturday. The Payroll Day is determined as being paid every Friday between 4am and 9:00pm EST except on national holidays. If a Payroll Day is scheduled to occur on a day that is considered a national holiday, then payroll will be processed and paid between 4am and 9:00pm EST the immediately preceding Thursday.

Monthly Residual Payments: Commissions for all family-wide monthly residuals are calculated and paid on the 15th of the month FOLLOWING the end of the first thirty (30) day billing cycle of all billable services, for all generations of your Family, including Leadership Tiers. Say for instance you have total Referrals of 300 new customers for the month of April and 500 for the month of May. For those Referrals you will get paid at the appropriate commission level for April's Referrals volume on June 15th (or the next business day) and get paid at the appropriate commission level for May's Referrals volume on July 15th (or the next business day). In addition, all infinite-generation Eternity Ancestor Leadership Bonuses are calculated and paid on the 15th day (or next business day) of each calendar month FOLLOWING the month in which the Bonuses were earned. There is no thirty day hold period for Leadership Tier commissions, only or products and services.

NOTE: In order to receive any Payroll payment, including Monthly Residual payments, you must be set to receive a payment of $50 or more for any single or combined payment period.
Your below minimum payments will continue to accumulate in our system until you have reached or exceeded this minimum payout amount. You will then be paid all arrearages and current commissions at that time for the current monthly payout cycle.

All payroll payments are charged a $2 Processing Fee deducted from each payroll payment. Depending on your financial institution, there typically aren't any inbound fees for ACH/EFT payroll payments from Triniti Communications but there may be inbound fees to receive Wires. Check with your financial institution for any inbound fees for ACH/EFT or Wires.

Note: No payments will be processed and sent to you unless you have earned $50 USD or more (minus the $2 Processing Fee) for the current payroll cycle in question. If your earned amount is less than $50 after the Processing Fee deduction, the payroll amount will be held in reserve until the minimum payroll threshold of $50 has been met. At that time, those funds will be paid to you during the cycle where the minimum threshold has been met or exceeded.

Question: How Can I Monitor The People I Refer (FMs) and My Earned Commissions/Bonuses?

You can monitor the progress of your generated income and FMs in real-time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging in to the Family Management System (FMS) at (www.LightningReferral.com) and accessing your Referral Family Management System (FMS). All Family Referral and commission information is nicely formatted and summarized in your FMS. In addition, you can also monitor and communicate interactively and visually with your Referrers down throughout your Family Tree for an unparalleled experience. All necessary Family and contact information and any other relevant tools and resources will be presented to you on the FMS Home screen for your convenience.

Question: What Are Potential and Earned Commissions/Bonuses?

Potential Commissions are commissions that will be paid to you when new Referral Specialists Activate their Lightning Referral businesses by Locking-In a Current Proposed Offer. As new Referrers sign up, these totals will be updated in real-time to demonstrate how much income you can "potentially" generate from your your Referral activity. All Potential commissions will be earned as people become Active Referrer Referral Specialists (FM).

Earned Commissions are actually paid out to you once you have become an Active FM by Locking-In any Current Proposed Offer, you have met your MCP requirement and you have paid your MAF for the Payroll Cycle in question. Again, Earned Commissions are the commissions that will actually be paid to you via ACH/EFT/Wire at the appropriate intervals explained in the When Do I Receive My Commission Payments section above.

Let's use YOU as an example. Bonus overrides will not be paid to you until you have one (1) personally entered Active FM with one Customer Point (CP) AND you have acquired one (1) personal CP. Once this criteria has been met, the commissions generated by that Active FM will be unlocked and released to all ancestor Members of the Family Tree who have become Active FMs. You will receive a commission override from everyone who becomes activated using the formula explained above as long as they have satisfied any Minimum Customer Point requirements to trigger income. A Parent FM is now awarded a Fixed Percentage of the Monthly Total Commission Earnings for Tiered FMs across the first 3 Generations of each Leadership Tier in what we call the Check-Match Bonus.

Now Parent FMs have an extremely strong and lucrative incentive to continue helping their FMs build financially thriving Families through all four Leadership Tiers due to receiving a percentage of his/her Total Commission Earnings. This is also an incentive to assure that business and goal-oriented people are Locked into the first three slots of the first Active (Pre-Silver) 7 Generation Family and all subsequent Leadership Tiers of Silver, Gold, Platinum and Rhodium. The Percentages received for the first three Generations of each Leadership Tier are:

Discussion with Examples:
Every FM promoted to Silver is “tied to “or “owned by” the Referring FM (Parent) for both Silver and all subsequent Leadership Tiers. So an FM promoted to Silver, Gold, Platinum and Rhodium will be tied to the Parent FM permanently. Typically, in other Commission Systems, once an FM is promoted to a Tier (broken away), the Parent FM no longer receives compensation from the promoted FM’s Tiers. This inferior system led to a massive decline and attrition in Parent FM’s helping their FM’s (Descendants) build-out their Infinite Tiers (they became Deadbeat Parents). To counter this practice and assure thriving and constantly growing Leadership Tiers, the Check Match is prominent to monetarily reward and incentivize the Parent FM to continue helping his/her FMs build wide and deep Families after they have effectively “broken away” to their own “Leadership Tiers”. Of course, the Three Generation Tier Check Match is only paid to the Parent FM.

A percentage of the first Three Generations of each Leadership Tier, Silver-Gold-Platinum-Rhodium is paid to the Parent FM in perpetuity infinitely-wide. This includes:

  1. Leadership Tier Coded Bonus Commissions through Infinity; One-Time
  2. Leadership Tier Monthly Service Residuals and Generational Overrides plus appropriate Coded Bonuses
  3. Service One-Time Commissions,

or in other words, all Commissions earned for Lock-Ins, Service Sales and Ongoing Usage and Overrides. So for example, when an FM is promoted to Silver, the Parent FM will receive a pro-rated Check-Match Bonus of

Rules:
Pay to the Parent FM 25% of the actual earned Leadership Tier Commissions and Bonuses that all Generation One Referrals will earn by building their Family to Silver, Gold and beyond. To reiterate for clarity, all monthly Silver Generation One Lock-Ins, Service Sales and Ongoing Usage Commissions and Overrides are then totaled. A Check-Match Pro-Rated Bonus of 25% is then paid to the Parent FM 

GENERATIONAL EXAMPLE:
Mike is an Active Silver Family Member and he refers Jeff. Jeff follows and goes Silver in June. After Jeff goes Silver, all of Jeff’s Silver Generation One Lock-Ins, Service Sales and Ongoing Usage Commissions and Overrides for June total $500. Mike then receives 25% of what Jeff has earned, $125. Jeff’s Silver Generation Two Lock-Ins, Service Sales and Ongoing Usage Commissions and Overrides for the same month of June total $1,000. Mike receives 10% of Jeff’s earnings or $100. Finally, Jeff’s Silver Generation Three Lock-Ins, Service Sales and Ongoing Usage Commissions and Overrides for the same month of June total $2,000. Mike receives 10% of Jeff’s earnings or $200. Mike’s total Commission is $425 for June. This is repeated for Mike’s other Tiered FM’s such as Sonia, Jesse and others. The potential is horizontally perpetual across each Leadership Tier to Infiniti.

Question: How Do I Receive My Lightning Referral Commissions/Bonuses?

Mandatory: ACH/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
All TrinitiComm Referrers are required to have an active and verified Checking Account with a USA or Canadian-based physical or virtual (online) financial institution. This account will serve as the default payment method for all earned commission and bonus payments. All payments will be transferred into your designated financial institution via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or ACH (Automated Clearing House) and typically takes between 2 and 5 business days excluding holidays. Keep in mind that you will have to verify your financial institution account for your security and activate your Lightning Referral account for electronic transfers. Follow all directions in your FMS and at your financial institution to complete the verification process. This verifies that everything is in order for funds transfers and that you have permission to access and use the account you have provided. This step might seem a little inconvenient, but trust that it is for your own protection to eliminate any transfer errors and assure your account security is maintained. This is a One-Time Only process for each financial institution account you provide.

Question: Will I Always Receive My Commissions/Bonuses?

Yes, if you continue to meet or exceed your Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement and all of your Monthly Access Fee (MAF) payments have been paid. Your commissions will be paid using the guidelines specified in the When Do I Receive My Commission Payments section above.

Referrers (FMs)
The minimum requirement states that all Referrers must maintain Active status to receive commissions and bonuses, which requires that two conditions must be met, every month based on what FM position/Tier you have achieved. All FM (Specialist) agreements are effective for a period of one (1) year. There is no annual renewal fee to continue with your TrinitiComm Referral business. All FM (Specialist) agreements automatically renew for one (1) calendar year on the anniversary date of joining the Family.

From AFM forward, as AFMs below you qualify and receive bonuses and commissions, you will receive income at the exact same time as long as you 1) maintain your MCP requirement based on your position and/or Tier and 2) have paid your MAF for the Payroll Cycle in question. Failure to maintain this MCP will allow you to still be paid during the current payroll cycle for the position and/or Tier you were paid at the previous cycle, but you will now have a thirty (30) day Grace Period in place to meet or exceed your MCP requirement. Failure to meet this MCP requirement within this thirty (30) day Grace Period will result in your commissions and bonuses being paid at the position/Tier in which you have met the MCP requirement. If no MCP requirement for any position/Tier of our Commission Structure has been met, then all commissions and bonuses will be forfeited. Therefore, we strongly advise that you continue to get customers on a regular basis to comfortably surpass any MCP requirements so losing out on income will never be a concern. In addition, failure to pay your MAF during any Payroll Cycle within three (3) days of the date the MAF was due, will result in the automatic forfeiture of all commissions and bonuses for that Payroll Cycle.

If the the Minimum Customer Point (MCP) requirement of active services has not been met during three (3) consecutive calendar months, on the first (1st) day of the fourth (4th) month, the Member will be statused as Canceled and ALL future commissions and his/her entire direct and indirect Family will be forfeited from the time of the status change. Once your business is canceled you will have to begin the entry process all over again. Again, all future commissions and all direct and indirect Members will be forfeited. Once your business is canceled you will have to begin the entry process all over again. You cannot resume where you left off. Again, all current and future commissions and all direct and indirect Members will be forfeited. You will receive e-mail notifications at specified intervals alerting you of a potential cancellation of your position in the Family.

Monthly Access Fee (MAF)
Once $100 USD or more has been earned from the Referral of any Current Proposed Offer to new customers who Lock-In their Orders, a recurring Monthly Access Fee (MAF) of $19.99 plus any applicable taxes and fees will be charged to the credit/debit card you have on file every thirty (30) days, beginning on or after the day the first $100 was earned. This fee will allow you to continue earning/receiving Commissions and Bonuses to infinity, manage and track your Referrals, Referral Income and maintain 24/7 access to all other Referral Commission building resources provided to you in your FMS. There is no obligation whatsoever to continue paying your MAF, so it can be cancelled at any time directly from within your FMS by submitting a ticket to FMS Support. Please keep in mind however that Qualification to continue to receive earned Referral income is dependent upon all MAF payments being current and your account in good standing. Our Terms and Conditions are available to you in your FMS as well.

Incorrect Payroll Account Information
You will have fourteen (14) days to correct any incorrect payment information in our system once you have been notified by our staff, whether it be inaccurate account information for your financial institution or some other issue. After this time, your earned commissions and bonuses for the payroll period in question will be forfeited. No exceptions. If the inaccurate information is corrected and we are notified within this time-frame as indicated in the email you received, a $20 charge will be assessed and deducted from the failed payroll payment total to be paid to you. This fee is charged due to your payroll payment requiring our staff's manual interaction, correction and processing to assure its successful completion. Our payroll processing system is a sophisticated and state-of-the-art system that is completely automated and does not require physical interaction. Inaccurate information entered into our system breaks this streamlined and automated process that allows us to execute payroll with precision and efficiency. Triniti Communications is not responsible for information provided that was entered incorrectly whether intentional or unintentional. It is your responsibility to check and recheck all entered information to assure that the information you provide is accurate and without error.

Question: Do I Have To Pay Taxes?

Yes. You will receive an IRS 1099 Form from TrinitiComm by January 31st of the year following the year the earnings were paid to you. If and only if, your Commissions/Bonuses received from TrinitiComm EXCEEDS $599.99 in that year and you are a United States citizen will this income be reported to the IRS. Keep in mind that, it is your responsibility to pay your taxes on income generated where and whenever required. If you don't know who, what, when, where, or how to pay, just call any accountant and explain what you are doing. They will gladly guide you in the right direction, in most cases for a free initial consultation, assuring both you and the government are fully satisfied.
